GPG's Government Business Development Grant Credit Program
Whereas GPG's Government Business Development Grant Credit Program was implemented by GPG to help small companies to obtain government business that may be operating with limited sales and marketing budgets. It was designed to help them expand their business into the government market, thus enabling them to sell their products or service to government agencies using GPG's services for market development.
How does it work? At times GPG may be able to obtain monies from outside private philanthropic sources, and/or negotiate with its' own sub-contractors/staffing for the donation/discounting of certain personal work time/hours, thus allowing GPG to provide services at a discounted rate for certain promotions. This allows for a lower cost of service and savings to be created. In turn, it is then calculated giving us a total value of donated services combined with any private monies received, and it is then issued as a non-formal GPG Grant Credit for vendors that sign-up to use certain Government Sales and Business Development Programs as offered by GPG. The GPG Grant Credit Program has no cash redemption value and can only be used as a grant discount credit for GPG services from the standard service rate. Credit amounts will be determined by several factors and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but consideration will be, but not limited to, company size, the service state, and the type of vendor industry as well as GPG's internal servicing factors. Moreover, for further clarification, the term Grant Money, Grant Credit, or Available Grant Money, etc. is referring to the GPG's Internal Government Business Development Grant Credit Program. Moreover, to receive the grant credit the customer/client must remain in good standing and current on all monies due. In the event, the client has become past due more than 30 days for any monies due, GPG reserves the right to terminate the GPG Grant Credit at its sole discretion without notice and charge the client for the outstanding GPG Grant Credit amount. Whereas Government Procurement Group (GPG), is a private company; and GPG's Grant Credit Program is NOT a government-funded grant program, nor does GPG receive any governmental funds for such.
Whereas all GPG's Grant Credits/Monies will be issued only as a service credit for GPG's Government Sales and Business Development Programs. GPG's Grant Credit Program is subject to change and/or termination without notice, and all rights are reserved. Moreover, to clarify, any issued GPG Grant Credit will become void in the event you the customer default on any payments due for services as purchased that exceed 30 days from the payment's original due date. If such default occurs, GPG, may or may not, at its own discretion, charge you (the customer) for the outstanding grant credit amount that was issued.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All monies paid to Government Procurement Group in the general course of business is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
